Mission Established in 1993, the American Association of Integrated Healthcare Delivery Systems (AAIHDS) is a non-profit organization dedicated to the educational advancement of provider-based managed care professionals responsible for accountable and integrated healthcare delivery. Members include payer and provider-based managed care executives such as Executive Directors, Vice President's, CEOs, CFOs, Board members, and other healthcare executives of ACOs, IPAs, and PHOs, and various companies involved in integrated healthcare delivery.
The mission of AAIHDS is to
provide managed healthcare professionals in ACO's, IPAs, PHOs, health
systems, hospitals and other integrated delivery systems with
the tools, education, skills and resources to be successful in
